01 How You Accept These Terms

04 Deposits and Payment Options

JLJL8 accepts deposits through the supported local payment options shown at the cashier. Deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). Standard deposits do not carry a JLJL8 fee, but your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own transaction fees.

In most cases, funded deposits reflect in your JLJL8 balance right away. If your deposit has not posted after 15 minutes, contact support and keep your transaction reference number ready. Delays caused by your bank or payment provider are beyond JLJL8's control.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set in Philippine pesos and shown before you confirm a transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment account or e-wallet registered under your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not allowed, and you cannot fund an account on behalf of another player.
• JLJL8 may apply deposit limits to individual accounts as part of its responsible gaming measures.
• A mistaken deposit cannot always be reversed, so contact support right away if you enter the wrong amount or use the wrong payment account.

05 Withdrawals

JLJL8 processes withdrawals to payment accounts or e-wallets registered in the same name as your JLJL8 account. Withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is one of the core commitments JLJL8 makes to every player.

JLJL8 may ask you to verify your identity before your first cash-out. This is a standard security step meant to help stop unauthorized withdrawals from your account. You could be requested to submit a clear copy of your national ID or any other government-issued identification.

• The minimum amount you can withdraw is ₱200.
• Every withdrawal must be sent to an account under your own name. JLJL8 does not allow payouts to third-party accounts, no exceptions.
• Standard withdrawals from JLJL8 are free. The platform does not add a withdrawal fee for regular transactions.

• If extra verification is needed, JLJL8 may hold a withdrawal for up to 48 hours while the checks are completed.
• JLJL8 will not process withdrawals for accounts that have been flagged for suspicious activity.

06 Betting and Wagering Rules

Every bet you place on JLJL8 is governed by the rules of the specific sport, game, or market. These rules are shown on each betting market and game page. When you confirm a bet, you are also confirming that you have read and understood the rules that apply to that market.

JLJL8 may cancel any bet that was made because of a technical error, wrong odds display, or system malfunction. If this happens, your stake will be returned to your account. The platform also has the right to set or change the maximum stake for any market at any time.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final. You cannot cancel or change the bet after it has been placed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled based on the rules of that specific market.
• JLJL8's decision on how any bet is settled is final.
• The minimum bet amount is ₱10 for most markets.
• The most you can win from a single bet may be subject to a cap. You can check the exact limit shown inside each market before placing your wager.
• JLJL8 can restrict access to certain markets for specific accounts whenever the platform decides it is necessary.

07 Bonus and Promo Terms

From time to time, JLJL8 gives bonuses and promotions to new and returning players. Every bonus comes with its own conditions, such as wagering requirements, expiry periods, and limits on eligible games. The details are shown with each promo and are considered part of these Terms and Conditions.

A wagering requirement tells you how many times you need to play through a bonus before you can withdraw it as cash. For instance, if a bonus has a 10x requirement, your total bets must reach ten times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

• Bonus funds are kept in a separate balance. You cannot withdraw them until you have completed the wagering requirements.
• Unless a promo says otherwise, you can only have one active bonus at a time.

• Any bonus obtained through fraud—such as using multiple accounts—will be cancelled and removed.

08 Responsible Gaming

JLJL8 upholds responsible gaming for players aged 21 and above. We treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a way to make money or escape personal problems. The platform gives you practical tools to manage your play, and we encourage every account holder to use them.

These responsible gaming features are free for every JLJL8 account holder and take effect as soon as you activate them:

• Deposit Limits: Choose a cap on how much you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Lowering the limit applies right away, while raising it will only take effect after a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Reminders: You can set a time limit for each gaming session. JLJL8 will send an alert once you hit that limit.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this window, deposits and bets are disabled.

09 Banned Activities

The activities below violate JLJL8's platform terms. If you take part in any of them, your account may be suspended right away, any remaining balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authorities:

• Holding more than one JLJL8 account under the same identity.
• Giving false or misleading details during registration or identity verification.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to access or interact with JLJL8.
• Taking advantage of software bugs, glitches, or security gaps to get an unfair edge.
• Working with other players to rig game results or influence betting markets.
• Using JLJL8 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Trying to access another player's account without permission.
• Using your own account to place bets for another person.
• Taking part in match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or mistreating JLJL8 staff or other players.

10 Account suspension and closure

JLJL8 may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, when there is reason to believe the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or created a risk to the platform's integrity.

When an account is suspended, we will send a notice to the email address on file. You may have a chance to respond to the stated reason before a final decision is reached. For serious breaches — such as fraud, money laundering, or the use of bots — accounts may be closed right away without prior notice.

• You can close your JLJL8 account at any time by reaching out to our support team.
• If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
• Bonus balances that have not satisfied the wagering requirements will not be refunded when the account is closed.
• If an account is closed because of a violation of these Terms, the balance will not be returned.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

12 Limits on Our Liability

We put real effort into keeping the service stable and reliable, but we cannot promise that the platform will always be accessible or completely free from technical issues. JLJL8 will not be held responsible for losses that come from downtime, system errors, or service interruptions.

Subject to the maximum limits allowed by law, the total liability of JLJL8 to any user for claims connected to the platform will not go beyond the amount that the user deposited within the 30 days before the claim was filed. JLJL8 is not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or any form of punitive damages.
